Welcome to The Bubble Club ("Game"), operated by Dream Drifters Ltd. ("Dream Drifters", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Bubble Club, including all updates, features, services, content, and related websites operated by Dream Drifters.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.
These Terms apply regardless of whether you download the Game through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or any other authorized distribution platform.
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Game" means The Bubble Club, including all software, updates, downloadable content, online services, features, and related materials provided by Dream Drifters Ltd.
"Company", "Dream Drifters", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Dream Drifters Ltd.
"User", "you", or "your" means any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Game.
"Platform" means any authorized distribution platform through which the Game is made available, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.
"Content" means all software, graphics, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, text, gameplay mechanics, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other materials included in the Game.
"Services" means the Game together with any online functionality, servers, multiplayer features, websites, updates, customer support, or related services provided by Dream Drifters.
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use the Game.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Game with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, Dream Drifters grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use The Bubble Club solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights.
Dream Drifters reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
The Bubble Club is a multiplayer party game in which players connect multiple compatible mobile devices and participate in cooperative or competitive bubble-popping gameplay.
The Game may evolve over time and may include new gameplay modes, online services, premium features, advertisements, tournaments, achievements, leaderboards, downloadable content, or in-app purchases.
Dream Drifters is under no obligation to maintain any particular feature indefinitely.
As a condition of using the Game, you agree to use it responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms.

The Game may allow players to enter a display name for gameplay purposes.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment, mobile device, internet service, Wi-Fi connection, or mobile data plan necessary to access and use the Game.
Your mobile carrier or internet service provider may charge fees associated with your use of the Game.
Dream Drifters is not responsible for any telecommunications charges, mobile data charges, roaming fees, or other costs incurred through your use of the Game.
Dream Drifters may release updates, patches, bug fixes, security improvements, balance adjustments, compatibility updates, or new features at any time.
Some updates may be mandatory in order to continue using all or part of the Game.
Dream Drifters reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any aspect of the Game at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for Dream Drifters to maintain any specific feature, gameplay mechanic, online service, or version of the Game indefinitely.

You acknowledge that Dream Drifters is not responsible for failures resulting from unsupported devices, outdated operating systems, hardware defects, unstable internet connections, third-party software conflicts, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
The Game, including but not limited to its software, source code, object code, gameplay mechanics, graphics, artwork, animations, visual designs, user interface, music, sound effects, text, logos, trademarks, trade dress, characters, databases, documentation, and all other content made available through the Game (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Dream Drifters Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or by applicable law, you may not:

Dream Drifters may introduce additional features, premium content, subscriptions, downloadable content ("DLC"), advertisements, virtual items, in-app purchases, or other paid services in future versions of the Game.
Your continued use of the Game following the introduction of such features constitutes your acceptance of any additional terms that may apply to those features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items, premium content, and digital goods have no real-world monetary value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
The Game may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, platforms, software development kits ("SDKs"), cloud providers, analytics providers, payment providers, or other technology partners.

Dream Drifters does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, reliability, security, functionality, policies, or actions.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers.

By using the Game, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Game complies with all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
Dream Drifters makes no representation that the Game or any part of the Services is appropriate, available, or lawful in every country or territory.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or restrict access to the Game where required by applicable law or where we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued availability is not appropriate.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you consent to receive communications from Dream Drifters electronically, including notices relating to updates, security, legal requirements, or changes to these Terms.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream Drifters regarding your use of the Game.
They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, understandings, or representations relating to the Game.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by Dream Drifters in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any waiver must be expressly made in writing and shall apply only to the specific instance for which it is given.
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Dream Drifters.
Dream Drifters may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, financing, or by operation of law.
